New Graphic T-Shirt Design – Curious Penguin

 

A new design has officially joined the Graphic T-Shirt lineup at Ink Flux Designs.

This latest piece started as a simple fun concept built around a small penguin sitting with a laptop, but somewhere during the sketching process it slowly evolved into something with a lot more personality than I originally expected. The oversized eyes, soft textures, and tiny details gave the design a playful and relaxed atmosphere while still keeping that bold artistic style I like pushing into my work.

There’s also a subtle inspiration pulled from the world of Linux and open-source creativity hidden inside the concept, though I intentionally kept things abstract and original rather than directly referencing existing branding or logos. I liked the idea of creating something that hints at that tech-inspired culture while still standing fully on its own as an original character design.

Honestly, this design also pushed me a little outside my usual comfort zone. A lot of my recent work has leaned heavily into cyberpunk, surrealism, spirit animals, and darker atmospheric themes, so creating something softer and more playful felt refreshing creatively. At the same time, maybe exploring different directions is slowly becoming part of the comfort zone itself.

That’s been one of the most rewarding parts of this entire journey so far — continuing to experiment, learn, and evolve while steadily building Ink Flux Designs piece by piece.
