Returns & Refunds

At Ink Flux Designs, each item is made to order specifically for you. This allows us to maintain high quality while minimizing waste and excess inventory.

Because of this made-to-order process, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect sizing
  • Change of mind

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right.

Please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item

Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Lost Packages

If your order appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

We will investigate the issue and work with the carrier to resolve it.


Returns (If Applicable)

In rare cases where a return is approved, please contact us first before sending any items back.

All return requests are handled on a case-by-case basis, and we’ll do our best to find a fair solution.


Unclaimed Shipments

If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect or unclaimed address, we will contact you to confirm details and arrange reshipping.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized products
