Memorial Day Sale Is Live – New Artwork, New Energy, Same Journey

 

 

The Memorial Day Sale is officially live at Ink Flux Designs.

For this latest promotional artwork, I wanted to approach the design a little differently while still keeping the gritty artistic style that continues to shape the identity of my work. Instead of pushing pure chaos and explosive typography, this banner focused more on structure, balance, and a cleaner visual hierarchy while still carrying strong texture, bold contrast, and layered paint-inspired energy.

The red poppies became a major visual centerpiece throughout the design, tying together themes of remembrance, respect, and Memorial Day tradition while blending into the rougher ink-splattered aesthetic I enjoy experimenting with. I also leaned more heavily into distressed textures, weathered typography, and patriotic-inspired color palettes to give the artwork a more grounded and refined atmosphere without losing the aggressive artistic edge.

One thing I’ve been trying to do lately is continue evolving the visual language behind Ink Flux Designs not abandoning the chaotic energy that built a lot of these banners, but finding new ways to refine and branch outward creatively while still keeping the work recognizable as my own.

At the same time, the journey itself keeps moving forward. Between creating new T-shirts, refining collections, improving SEO, writing blog posts, experimenting with artwork, and continuing to grow the store piece by piece, I’ve been staying focused on consistency and creative momentum no matter what life throws into the mix.
