Returns Policy

Hello there. We are a small business that utilizes a made-to-order business model. This means we don't hold any inventory and we actually work with production partners to produce our inventory as needed. So, as our customers place orders with us, we place orders with our suppliers to produce the items for them. We operate this way to keep cost low and quality high. Unfortunately no returns or refunds for wrong sizing or change of mind. Only if the item is damaged or some defect from production/printing. If your product has any flaws in the printing, please contact us immediately with photos of the the item so we can reship your item.  Sales@inkfluxdesigns.com

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 weeks after the estimated delivery date.

Returns - Please contact  Sales@inkfluxdesigns.com before returning any products. If there  a complaint of product, please contact us and we will assist with making it right. We want you to love your products and will do our best to be attentive and expedite a solution for you. Each return action is determined on a case by case basis

 Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to Ink Flux Designs. We will attempt to confirm an address and order with you, and proceed to reship to you without any additional costs.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
